Personal Summary

I am a proactive and highly adaptable individual with a strong ability to learn across disciplines and execute efficiently. During my graduate studies, I focused not only on language proficiency and cross-cultural communication but also actively developed data analysis, project management, and financial planning skills. As a research assistant for multiple professors, I was responsible for project execution, budget management, corporate visits, and cross-department coordination. Through extensive interactions with industries such as technology, steel, and logistics, I honed my precision in communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to quickly adapt to diverse business environments.

Beyond academics, I actively participated in competitions, securing first place in two marketing contests, showcasing my strategic planning and innovative thinking. Additionally, I took business management courses, including consumer behavior and service science management, to deepen my understanding of corporate operations. I firmly believe that technology is merely a tool—strategic thinking is the real key to success. My strength lies in integrating information, optimizing processes, and fostering effective collaboration.

I am highly passionate about procurement, domestic and international business, production management, quality management, and product management. My Story

我是范憶涵,目前就讀於國立雲林科技大學 應用外語系 碩士班, 2025年3 月畢業。

在學期間,我不僅專注於語言與跨文化溝通的專業訓練,更積極培養邏輯思維、數據分析與專案管理等能力,以拓展自身的職涯可能性。

在碩士班期間,我擔任多位教授的計畫助理,負責專案管理、行政協調、預算編列、數據整理與報告撰寫,以及拜訪產學案客戶,在高壓環境中鍛鍊了跨部門溝通、問題解決與細節管理的能力。

在擔任助理時,經常讓教授帶著拜訪許多企業,從床墊業到鋼鐵業甚至是運輸業、科技業等。對於與客戶的應對進退,都相當熟悉!

另外計畫案中所有的經費都是由我這邊負責管理,不論是收款、核對金額、放款的,都有不少經驗!

本系所中各教授請我協助完成重要的工作,都讓他們相當放心!

在學期間我認真擔任助理同時,也不忘參與校內校外的比賽,並且在兩次的行銷比賽中,都得到了第一名的殊榮!更是跨領域去修習商管學院的課程,像是消費者行為、科學服務管理等課程!

我深信,整合資訊、優化流程、促進團隊協作的多元人才,而這正是我能發揮價值的地方。

我對採購、國內外業務、生產管理、品質管理,產品管理等領域充滿興趣,並期待透過實務經驗提升相關知識,和公司的夥伴一起努力完成客戶的需要!

About Me

I am Fan Yi-Han, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, set to graduate in March 2025. Throughout my academic journey, I have not only specialized in language proficiency and cross-cultural communication but also actively developed skills in logical thinking, data analysis, and project management to expand my career potential.

During my graduate studies, I worked as a research assistant for multiple professors, where I was responsible for project management, administrative coordination, budget planning, data analysis, and report writing. Additionally, I actively participated in industry-academic collaborations, assisting professors in meetings with corporate clients across various industries, including mattress manufacturing, steel production, logistics, and technology sectors. These experiences have honed my ability to communicate effectively across departments, solve problems under pressure, and manage details with precision.

As part of my assistant role, I frequently accompanied professors to visit companies, allowing me to gain hands-on experience in business negotiations and client relations. I have developed strong interpersonal skills, making me well-versed in professional business etiquette. Furthermore, I was entrusted with managing all financial aspects of the research projects, including payment collection, fund verification, and budget allocation, providing me with extensive financial management experience. My professors consistently relied on me to handle critical tasks, which I completed with efficiency and accuracy.

In addition to my academic and assistant roles, I actively participated in both on-campus and off-campus competitions, securing first place in two marketing competitions. To further broaden my expertise, I pursued cross-disciplinary courses in the Business Management Department, studying subjects such as Consumer Behavior and Service Science Management.

I firmly believe that success in the corporate world requires integrating information, optimizing processes, and facilitating teamwork—areas where I can contribute significant value. I am highly interested in roles related to procurement, domestic and international business, production management, quality management, and product management.
